Cameron is the founder of ADU West Coast and a veteran / general contractor with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Cameron oversees seeking new projects and opportunities throughout the Los Angeles / Orange County area and oversees a team of project managers.  He is a licensed general contractor who specializes in ADU design & construction. He’s passionate about educating clients, delivering quality, and building custom ADUs that add value and improve the way families live. Building ADU’s is his passion because and he sees this as an opportunity to help his home state create more housing which is in dire need.

Stephanie Gutierrez
Sales

Stephanie Gutierrez is a seasoned sales and business development expert with a focus on Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). With over ten years in the industry, she has helped clients realize the potential of their properties through strategic ADU development. Known for her advocacy in the ADU sector, Stephanie hosts a podcast dedicated to this topic and has developed courses to educate others on ADU opportunities, establishing herself as a pivotal figure in this niche market.

We had the best experience with ADU West Coast. We wanted to convert our garage into an ADU for additional rental income to support our family. But we didn't know where to start.

We received our quote and it was right in our budget! We signed the contract and from there ADU West Coast did the rest! It was great because our busy family didn't have the time to manage a project like this. They took care of the plans, drawings, permits, talking with the city, construction etc.. All we needed to do was pay the fees and pick the designs.
